It's the same idea as Guitar Hero so if you played that you know how it works. and yes, we can play it just fine without sighted assistance. there are ways around it which I can explain. It's quite easy once you get used to it so if you don't have the game you shouldn't be afraid to purchase it. I can also teach people how to play so let me know if you need help!
